COMSA Service promotes projects for the improvement of energy efficiency in facilities and to reduce its customer\u2019s costs via its energy services division. This type of contract allows its customers to obtain economic savings based on the optimisation and rationalisation of energy consumptions. Among other services, this includes the design, financing, execution of the installation, maintenance and operation, energy management and the assumption of the project\u2019s risks.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t

The necessary investment for completing the ESE project may be fully or partially assumed by the customer, or the latter may choose to use a financing model called \u201cthird-party financing\u201d, by which the ESE assumes the investment.<\/p>\n

The ESE will make the investment, seek the necessary financing and obtain the returns from said investments by means of the energy savings obtained.<\/p>\n

The payment of the services provided is subject to obtaining verifiable comfort and energy efficiency results.<\/p>\n

In each contract, the duration and forecast saving mainly depends on the conditions of the customer\u2019s facilities, which will determine the potential savings and the investment required for obtaining said savings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
